Fantastic breakfasts, the stay was enjoyable!
We had the club room and it was immaculate. Hotel had comfy beds. Really loved that they had onsite restaurant Gallery Bar, no need to go somewhere else. Besides, free Wi Fi worked flawlessly...
-
Magnificent view over the city. Sooshe, where you can eat, is within a walking distance of the hotel. Air conditioner, an iron and a work desk available in the CLASSIC king room. The smooth check-in too.
-
Quiet location & compact rooms. Enjoyed the lovely beds. It was a 4-star hotel in every way.
-
The price. Very good value for money. The decoration is beautiful. The very comfortable room
Breakfast is very poor and you have to go out to the street to get to the dining room.
-
Very pleased overall with service and accomodation. Only stayed on a room only basis and did not have breakfast. Good value for night in Aberdeen.
-
Clean room, very quiet, nice staff, lovely breakfast
t.V is old took us about 20 minutes to work it.
-
The location is good. The drinks and the meals are reasonable priced. The staff were all very helpful & friendly.
The rooms are very tired and dated. Carpets are in desperate need of replacing.
-
Location; size of suite; relaxing atmosphere; flexible housekeeping; friendly staff.
Not disabled friendly or usefull (lifts).
-
It's just my favorite hotel in Aberdeen. I will continue to come back. I'm so very happy it has recently been bought and will undergo a renovation. I Iove the large rooms, the traditional furnishings, the towel warmers, and the friendly, helpful staff.
The old tube TVs. The interiors could be spruced up and updated a bit
-
Great location, friendly staff, comfortable and good restaurant.
final bill was quite high, laundry and restaurant quite expensive.
-
Location and helpful staff, especially in the restaurant.
Hotel is getting 'tired' fittings (especially tv), furniture and carpets all need updating.
-
Good service, clean and a decent breakfast. Possible exception of the waiter who doesnt know the difference between French mustard and brown sauce.
Thought that it was expensive for what it was.
-
I thought the decor was a little outdated and 'tired' looking however the main areas including bar and restaurant were tasteful. The food was very good and well presented with the staff extremely attentive and pleasant.
-
Good location
The room we got was fairly small and the hotel was not overly busy
-
It was comfortable, the level of service was very good
Room badly in need of refurbishment, wall paper frayed at corners, decor very dated.
